Usage notes
Warnings:
It is prohibited to lift a loaded projectile with the fuze installed by gripping the fuze.
The fuze was developed as an improvement of the M732 fuze for compatibility with ARS.
Fuze Setting
Setting the fuze:
The fuze is screwed into the fuze socket of the projectile and tightened with a wrench
Setting for remote (time) action:
Simultaneously press down the locking latch of the fuze time-setting ring, and turn the sleeve (time-setting ring) to the required value. After setting the required value, release the time-setting ring latch.
Fuze activation begins at the moment of firing under the action of inertial forces and ends when the projectile rotates at a distance of approximately 60 m after leaving the barrel. At the same time, a glass ampoule containing electrolyte is broken, and the electrolyte spreads through the battery due to rotation, activating the battery and the fuze.
In proximity mode, the sensor circuit is activated 2.8 s before the set time, and the sensor element initiates detonation of the projectile at a distance of 7 m above the object.
Impact action.
If the sensor mode fails, the impact mode is activated.
