BONUS Mk — anti-armor cargo projectile

155 mm anti-armor projectile BONUS The Mk is designed to engage various types of stationary or mobile armored vehicles. The task is to neutralize or destroy armored vehicles by combining several shots.
A distinguishing feature of the BONUS Mk projectile is its high hit probability, which has been demonstrated in numerous acceptance firings.
These 155 mm projectiles are a Franco-Swedish development. Each BONUS projectile carries two warheads that separate from the main projectile. The two separate warheads use control surfaces that slow their landing speed. Each sub-projectile, rotating around its axis, works like a radar and searches for targets with its sensors.

The projectile can distinguish real targets from decoys by shape using an optical sensor. Each part is equipped with an optical sensor for measuring height and an infrared sensor for detecting targets. It attacks the detected target using the infrared sensor, directing
an explosive charge at a speed of 45 m/s at the target.
